At Simply Cushions, we understand that selecting the right cushions to complement your home can sometimes be challenging. That’s why we offer an easy 30 day return policy. Simply return your products in their original unused condition within 30 days of receipt, and choose between store credit or a refund.
1. Store credit
We’ll issue you a coupon code valued at 110% of the product price. This store credit has no expiry and can be used across multiple orders.
2. Refund
We’ll issue a refund of the product price. Refunds take 5-10 business days to process and will be credited to the original payment method.

Important…
- Items must be in their original unused condition.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
- Clearance items cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Store credit is not redeemable for cash or refund.
- Customers cover the cost of return shipping.
